Thursday, October 27, 2011 marks the 20th anniversary of the Preservation League’s Pillar of New York Awards. This year we will celebrate two new Pillar awardees whose contributions to historic preservation have benefited New York State in significant ways: Paul LeClerc, President Emeritus of The New York Public Library, and the Leon Levy Foundation.
The Preservation League of New York State will present its most prestigious tribute, the Pillar of New York Award, at the Hilton and Empire Rooms of the Waldorf=Astoria in New York.
