Transportation Enhancements Program (TEA-21)

The Transportation Enhancements Program of TEA-21 is a reimbursement grant program for historic preservation projects; rehabilitation and operation of historic transportation buildings, structures or facilities; establishment of transportation-related museums; and acquisition of scenic easements and scenic historic sites. Applications must be submitted by sponsors from a municipality, state agency, or an Authority. Applicants must provide a minimum matching share of 20% of the total cost.
