Technical Talks: National Register Districts (Sparking Recovery Through Preservation Virtual Series)

Technical Talks: National Register Districts

This webinar is part of a six-part virtual webinar series presented by the League in partnership with the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation & the American Planning Association, New York Upstate Chapter.

Who should attend? Architects, planners, Realtors, homeowners, building owners, business owners, community leaders, contractors, and anyone who wants to learn about new opportunities for community reinvestment through historic preservation.

  • Join us as we explore National Register districts and how they differ from local historic districts with a regulatory component. Did you know historic districts are desirable locations in which to own a home, and they retain their value better than non-districts? Come explore these vibrant neighborhoods and communities with us.

    • Speakers: Katie Comeau, Bero Architecture & Janna Rudler, PLNYS

    • Presented in partnership with: Coming Soon!

    • Planners earn 1 CM Planning credit
Architects earn 1 CE HSW credit (not AIA)
